God says marriage is forever and the only cause for divorce is?

Q. in the bible what are the only reasonable things that can cause a marriage to end. what makes divorce okay... cheating? emotional abuse? physical abuse? nothing? and if cheating is a good enough reason for divorce what qualifies as cheating? sex? kissing? date and holding hands? chatting with other women on dating websites and claiming that you are single and looking for someone to start a family with? i need to know what the bible says please

A. There are many causes for divorce; abuse, committing adultery, etc...

"What qualifies as cheating?"

Jesus says that if a man looks upon a woman with lust than he has committed adultery with her in his heart. So cheating is the mere desire/lusting for any woman other than your wife.

When a man and woman divorce, though, they cannot remarry - unless one of them have died. Jesus, I can't remember where at this exact moment, condemned the pharisees for divorcing their wives and making adulterers out of them (because the only way a woman could survive in that culture is if they were either daughters or wives - and therefore would have to remarry if their husband divorced them)... I THINK that in some instances, like this one, one spouse may carry more blame than the other if there is divorce.

How come a woman's unfaithful excuse is more socially forgiving than a man?
Q. A man cheats for sex and woman cheats for love. Is that why?
A man cheats, "hes a dog" pass it on. A woman cheats, nobody cares.

A. That's easy. Women are not accountable for their actions.

What should I say when confronting my boyfriend about cheating?
Q. I am planning on having a conversation with my boyfriend tomorrow about him possibly cheating on me, not cheating like sex, but having mental emotional contact with another woman. I have found a few things I believe could mean he is and am worried he will take things further. I love him very much and I just don't know how to approach this. My communication skills aren't the greatest.

A. Oh...I'm sorry to hear that. I've been there, and it's so painful. I would just start out with letting him know you want to take some time to have a talk with him. When you talk to him, don't try to sound accusitory, or hostile, because that will shut him down and you won't get the answers you need. Just tell him that you care about him, but you have reason to believe he might have feelings for another girl. Tell him why you have some of those suspicions. Let him know that you don't hate him, but you want to know the truth, because you and he need to make some decisions about how to move on from here. Tell him that you're going to trust his answer, and that if he tells you he doesn't have feelings for her, that you are going to give him the benefit of the doubt. If he admits he DOES have feelings for her, then you need to find out from him what his intentions are --if he wants his freedom to pursue those feelings, or if he wants to try to work things out with you. If he says he wants to work things out with you, then you need to start laying down some ground rules. He needs to stay away from this person. That means no contact that isn't absolutely necessary. (ex: if he works with her.) If he indicates that he might want to pursue something with her, or says that he's not sure what he wants to do, then I would consider ending the relationship. Trust me, there is nothing more painful than trying to be in a relationship with a man that is hung up on another woman. And you NEVER win in that situation. Best wishes to you--I hope things turn out for the best for you.

What is the difference between love and like?

Q. Love for me is loving a person with commitment and like means just being happy seeing the one you adore. How about you?

A. Ann Landers wrote this column many years ago and it answers you question.

Is It Love or Infatuation?

Infatuation is fleeting desire -- one set of glands calling to another. It is marked by a feeling of insecurity. You are excited and eager but not genuinely happy. There are nagging doubts, unanswered questions, little bits and pieces about the relationship that you would just as soon not examine too closely. It might spoil the dream.

Love is friendship that has caught fire. It takes root and grows, one day at a time. Love is quiet understanding and mature acceptance of imperfection. It is real. It gives you strength and grows beyond you -- to bolster your beloved. You are warmed by his presence, even when he is away. Miles do not separate you. You have so many wonderful films in your head that you keep replaying. But near or far, you know he is yours, and you can wait.

Infatuation says, "We must get married right away. I can't risk losing him." Love says, "Be patient. Don't panic. Plan your future with confidence."

Infatuation has an element of sexual excitement. Whenever you are together, you hope it will end in intimacy.

Love is not based on sex. It is the maturation of friendship that makes sex so much sweeter. You must be friends before you can be lovers.

Infatuation lacks confidence. When he's away, you wonder if he's being unfaithful. Sometimes, you check.

Love means trust. You are calm, secure and unthreatened. He feels your trust, and it makes him even more trustworthy.

Infatuation might lead you to do things you will regret, but love never steers you in the wrong direction.

Love is elevating. It lifts you up. It makes you look up. It makes you better than you were before.

How is love and sacrifice represented in Pride and Prejudice?
Q. What is the impact of love and sacrifice on the main characters? What is the author the Pride and Prejudice suggesting about love and sacrifice?
What would be a good thesis statement for these questions?

A. A basic theme of the story, one could argue, is that love conquers all. Thinking about it in terms of that particular society, Darcy and Elizabeth shouldn't have ended up together. He was well off, she was poor. He was upper class, had family connections, and was high up in society. She had no connections, had a family full of "silly" sisters and parents, and wasn't too much in the company of high society. But, despite all the odds against them- family, wealth, their individual pride and prejudices, they ended up together. And why? Because they fought for each other. They fought for a true love that they both deserved.

Darcy sacrifices his pride by paying for Lydia's shotgun wedding with Wickham. Though he despises the man, he patches up the marriage in order to protect Lydia, which ultimately protects Elizabeth, because then her family isn't tainted with the scandal. We think Darcy has overcome his pride when he first proposes to Elizabeth, but he hasn't done that completely yet: he tells her, rather condescendingly, that he wishes he didn't like her because it's imprudent for a man of his connection to love someone so beneath him. Ouch, can you say mean much?

Elizabeth, on the other hand, gets the benefit of this match in its social and financial aspects. You'd think she doesn't give up much, but she does. She too sacrifices her pride, admitting that her first impressions of Mr. Darcy were very wrong, and that he was a much better man than she gave him credit for. She also admits to falling under Wickham's spell and feels bad that she fell for his facade.

That's what I have to say on it, really. Hope it helps.

What's the difference between loving someone and being in love with somone?
Q. OK...If I love someone who I am also intimate with--does that make me IN love?...I just do not understand what "being in love" really means.

A. hello and i am the Love Doctor.
I am here to help you answer your question and if you have any questions abut love, everhbody can email me at young95fm@yahoo.com.

Ok, let's see, if you really love someone and you feel very intimate with the person, it is just a sudden spark that you feel, it does not really mean that you are in love.
When you truly love someone, you will put aside all defects and on the person, body odour, looks, size etc. You will feel your heart thumping really very fast and you feel shy talking to the person until you know the person also loves/likes you.
When you are intimate with that person, it would most probably mean that you are in probationary love, which means you are putting your heart to a test, to see if the two of you match, when you really are a match, that thumping feeling will start to slow down everytime you see her/him. This is normal because you are not nervous that she despises you or anything, but it is also normal is your heart is still thumping very fast, because are afraid that you will suddenly lose interest in her/him, or that he/she will lose interest in you due to your sudden change like your behaviour towards him/her.

If you still don't know or have any other problems about your love, or of how you should keep your love from losing interest in you, you can contact me personally through my email at the top of this answer and we can chat through my MSN.

How many days should I have sex after a positive ovulation test?

Q. Hello,
I had sex on 7/12. I got a positive ovulation test on 7/13. We had sex on 7/13 and 7/14 and will have sex today. Do you think that I have a good chance?

A. Sounds like you have timed it all very well.
If this cycle isn't successful then next month you can try and just have sex every second day and not test for Ovulation so you never feel 'pressured' while your TTC.

Having sex everyday does make the sperm not as strong for the long journey they have ahead of them to the F/T. Males produce more sperm everytime they ejaculate. They should ideally have about 36hours to let the sperm grow big and strong for the journey so sometimes it is better to have sex every 48 hours not every 24 hours. Because you want the sperm to be as strong as possible so you have a better chance of getting pregnant.

How do you write a good sex scene and what are some examples of good sex scenes?
Q. I'm trying to write a sex scene (obviously, from the question). I'm not sure how to write a good one and as I plan on having someone else read it, I want it to be...good. I've heard that you should write what you know, but I've never had sex so I can't really do that.
Also, some examples of good sex scenes would be nice. Links or whatever. I'm planning on mine being female dominant, if that information helps.

A. The scene in Mad Men where Betty Draper has sex with the washing machine.. that was some serious action.

How important is sex in your relationship?
Q. I've seen a lot of people remark that sex has zero importance in a relationship but I just don't see it. I like sex and it's a must for me. It's a stress reliever and a way to be connected to someone physically. How could anyone say that's not important.

So I ask you, how important is it to your relationship?

A. Sex is very important.

Sex when you're not in a relationship is fun.

Sex when you're in a relationship is fun, connecting and bonding on a deeper level. Sex with someone you love is always the best sex.

What is the difference between having sex and making love?

Q. When you go to bed w/ someone how do you seperate from sex, making love or something else?

A. when you have sex, its all physical, could happen with any guy. when your making love, its much more emotional and it had to be with a certain person.

How many guys have trouble telling the difference between sex and making love?
Q. I've been around the block, and sometimes with my wife I dunno if we're having sex, or making love. It's the same act, right?

A. You can have sex with a stranger & make love with your partner, whom you love.

Whats the difference between making love and have sex?
Q. How do you know the difference between the both?

if ive got it right, tell me:
'making love' take longer..
than
straight sex is getting naked, no kissing, touching, just penis in have sex then done?

A. Making love - two people are in a serious relationship or very committed and in love. They need to have deep feelings for each other and they have sex that is "making love"

sex- anyone can do it, it could be a one night stand, a man paying a hooker, some drunk girl being taken advantage of, straight sex usually involves kissing but i think of it more like "just penis in vagina and no passion or deep affection for the other person. People who do not love each other anything.

That is how i see it.

Whats the difference between making love or sex?

Q. Whats the difference ?i kmow making love is wen yu really love someone etc etc.. .me nd my bf been together for 2 months to early to say love yet but we rlly like eachother we already had im 17 btw . .

A. For me I feel making love is combined with sex, but more cuddling and kissing and touching rather than just having sex and then finishing quickly. Love is more of a feeling of a connection while having sex. Some people will say they had a connection while having sex, which for me symbolizes making love. If that makes any sense.

Please answer mine would really appreciate it

What's the difference between having sex and making love?
Q. "Making love" sounds like it has more of an emotional component to it, whereas "having sex" sounds like it is just relief for horny-ness. But what's the actual difference? For example, does "making love" include more foreplay? Is it followed by cuddling afterwards? Could you describe a typical "lovemaking" session and a typical "sex" session?

Also, which is more enjoyable?

Any answers will be appreciated :)

A. To me making love means that you have an emotional attachment towards the person. That you care deeply about them and sex is more enjoyable because your both very much into it. You make love to show affection not just get your hornyness out. It can last long and it's very connecting. You feel closer to the person afterwords and are overcome with emotions that you feel for eachother.

Having sex is just like what you said... To get your hornyness out. Usually it's a quickie and you don't have that much of an attachment to the person. Usually it doesn't involve cuddling like making love, but can include some foreplay.

To me making love is so much more enjoyable. Me and my man for instance have sex or quickies and it's not as much enjoyable as making love. I feel so lived and cared for by him and just could feel the rest of my life with him to be something I desperatly crave. I also tend to smile a lot afterwords lol.

Making love session;
Long foreplay
Sex
Cuddling
Emotional overwhelmness.

Sex session;
Short foreplay if any
Sex
Could include some cuddling

A. Sex having it, getting up and leaving. There is no tenderness, no attachment.

Making love means what it says. You two are connected, have a relationship (marriage hopefully) and you can trust the person not to tell friends and family what goes on between you too. Mutual trust and true love.

Look it at this way:

Would you like a hot dog or a fine 6 course meal?

Hot dog = sex

Fine Restaurant 6 course meal = the good stuff:)

What is love meaning the difference between loving your mom and being in love with ur gf or fiance?

Q. you love ur mom

you in love with ur gf or fiance

what is the difference?

A. Love for your mother is that of a nurturing person, who cares for you.

Love for a spouse is decidedly more sexual and a differing caliber of love

How should we love ourselves, to love others the right way?
Q. One can not love others without loving yourself is well known. But the term "love" is ambivalent. So how do you love to love others?

A. lol. well you have to learn to love your self fully before you can love others fully. reason being that if you do not love all of you, you will expect the person you think you love to love and make up for those parts that you dont love. to make it short: you expect less from the ones you love when you love you all the way.

How should we love ourselves, to love others the right way?
Q. One can not love others without loving yourself is well known. But the term "love" is ambivalent. So how do you love to love others?

A. You can not give away something you don't have.

You are a holy child of the Universe and entitled to Divine love because
of who and what you are. When you can accept that love of yourself
for yourself, you can broadcast it to all others.

That way you are sending Love the way a TV station sends it's signal
that turns into a picture when it hits a [tv] Receiver.

What do you say when your ex boyfriend tells you he's sad because he thinks hes a fuck up?
Q. My ex boyfriend hates life and I want him to feel better about himself even tho he is kinda a fuck up I want to help him feel better! Help!!!

A. He is not your responsibility. He is your ex. If he doesn't want to be a fuck up, then he is the one who needs to clean up his act, not you.

When will Jens Lapidus' Never Fuck Up and Life Deluxe be translated?
Q. I just finished easy money and im confused as to the situation on the next two books. Never fuck up is on amazon, but for some reason it wont be released until June 18th. Life Deluxe is also on amazon but has no release date. To further complicate, itunes seems to be selling them right now. I am confused. There is no wikipedia page that will answer my question. Fucking swedes.

A. Jens Lapidus said on his Facebook page at the end of April that he did not know the release dates for the books in English. I do notice that book two is already available in some other languages although book three is not.

I am assuming the Amazon date for book two is correct (although there are other dates being quoted - the book appears to be coming out in an English and an American edition). There appears to be no confirmed dates of any description for the third book.

Now, iTunes looks to be misleading. They can sell you the book in languages other than English - but the English version is listed as not being released until 18th June.

I realise that I am really just confirming what you already know - that's because there isn't any other information.
