Yorktown pastor accused of sex with teen

MUNCIE, Ind. â€" The pastor of a Yorktown church was being held in the Delaware County jail on Friday, accused of having sex with a 15-year-old member of his congregation.

Terry Wayne Dobbs, 53 â€" pastor at Old Fashion United Baptist Church, 9211 W. Arch St. â€" was arrested Thursday evening, preliminarily charged with sexual misconduct with a minor, vicarious sexual gratification, child exploitation and child solicitation.

The pastor’s bond was set at $35,000.

According to an affidavit, Yorktown police learned from authorities in Allen County on Dec. 2 that a 15-year-old girl had disclosed she was involved in a sexual relationship with her minister.

A Yorktown officer interviewed the girl Thursday. She said she began counseling with Dobbs about personal problems in July.

According to the report, the pastor “started out very slowly with talking about kissing her.”

Authorities allege Dobbs and the girl eventually began fondling each other at the church, and later had sex there three times.

The alleged victim also said she and the minister had exchanged nude photos via cellphones and computers.

Dobbs, of the 6900 block of West Bethel Avenue, was also interviewed on Thursday, and gave a “full confession,” police reported.

Courts records reflect no prior charges against Dobbs.

AG: Berks man appeared with minor in live sex video

Pennsylvania investigators allege that a Berks County man was caught on a live-sex website masturbating with a 7-year-old child sitting on his lap.

The state attorney general’s office filed sex assault charges against Ryan S. Peifer in connection with the alleged July 2015 incident. District Judge Wayne Maura arraigned the 30-year-old Tuesday night, setting bail at $50,000.

In July 2015, a resident in Arlington, Virginia, reported to the Arlington County Police Department that he had seen a man engaging in a sex act with who appeared to be a minor. The incident was seen on a live-streaming website that allows people to watch others perform live sex acts, according to court records.

The witness, who described the act to investigators, provided authorities with screen shots and the screen name of “TetraHC.” Investigators in Virginia identified the man in the video as Peifer and learned that he had access to a child. The incident was referred to the Berks County district attorney’s office, which in turn referred the case to the AG’s child predator section.

It’s unclear why Peifer was arraigned in Lehigh County, but court records list an Allentown address as to where the crime was alleged to have occurred.

Investigators learned that the website strictly regulates its users. Authorities said Peifer validated his age and identity by taking a photo of himself with his driver’s license on his forehead, according to records.

The investigating agent reviewed the still shots provided by the witness, verifying that it appears Peifer masturbated with the child sitting on his lap. Court records indicate Peifer and the child remained fully clothed.

Investigators arranged to interview Peifer at his mother’s Reading home on Tuesday afternoon. The agent said he immediately recognized Peifer from the photos.

He initially agreed to be interviewed, acknowledging that the website account under the name “TetraHC” was his, according to records. But Peifer asked to end the interview because he wanted to have an attorney present.

Authorities detained Peifer after he ended the interview and charged him with unlawful contact with a minor, statutory sexual assault, criminal use of a communication device, corruption of minors and disseminating images of a child sex act. He failed to post bail and was sent to Lehigh County Jail to await a preliminary hearing tentatively scheduled for Dec. 13.

Florida Couple Busted For Sex In Public

Police: Pair was "in view" of passersby on St. Pete street

DECEMBER 9--Instead of retiring to either of their respective residences, a couple opted to have sex "in view" of passersby on a Florida street, an indiscretion that resulted in the duo's arrest for public indecency.

According to court filings, a cop caught Ashley Wetzel, 26, and Henry Niblack, 50, in the act Wednesday evening near a St. Petersburg park. Officer Joshua Jordan reported that the duo was having sex “in view of patrons walking by on the sidewalk.”

Jordan reported that he “observed Niblack behind Wetzel, throwing his hips back and forth, inserting his penis into Wetzel’s vagina.” Jordan added that the suspects each had their pants at their ankles.

Pictured above, Wetzel and Niblack were arrested for exposure of sexual organs, a misdemeanor. Niblack was released from custody yesterday, while Wetzel, who has a pending theft case, remains locked up in lieu of a combined $650 bond.

Niblack lives in St. Petersburg and works for a construction company. Wetzel resides in Clearwater. Police do not allege that their public tryst was a commercial transaction. (1 page)
