Substitute teacher accused of having sex with Kimball High student who called her 'wifey' | Crime

A Dallas substitute teacher has been arrested after being accused ofÂ having sex with a student at Kimball High school, according to WFAA-TV (Channel 8).

Fallon Hunt, 28, has been charged with improper relationship between educator and student. She was booked Tuesday into the Dallas County Jail, where she remains in lieu of $20,000 bail.

According to an arrest warrant obtained by Channel 8, a parent called Dallas ISD police in October after finding inappropriate messages between her son and Hunt.

Officers found pictures of a second high school student on that phone, Channel 8 reported. This student told police in an interview that there may be two other victims who had been involved in relationships with Hunt. He provided names and links to their Instagram accounts.

While searching through Hunt's phone, police discovered text messages between Hunt and one student who graduated in May 2015 but was still in school at the time.Â

The student called Hunt "wifey" and she called the student "my baby," according to the warrant.

After speaking with that student, police said he admitted he had had sex with Hunt on multiple occasions between April and May of 2015.

There were 222 reports of inappropriate relationships between Texas educators and students in fiscal year 2016, shattering last year's record total of 188 cases.

Among the educators making headlines were a special ed teacher who made child porn at a Mansfield school, a Duncanville teacher who is serving a 10-year sentence for having sex with a student with Asperger's syndrome, and a Plano PE teacher accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting a student.

So far this fiscal year, the Texas Education Agency has investigated 56 such reports, including 21 last month alone.

Yorktown pastor arrested, accused of having sex in church with 15-year-old girl

YORKTOWN, Ind. â€" Police arrested a Yorktown pastor who admitted heâ€™d had sex with a teenage girl he was counseling.

According to court documents, Terry Dobbs, 53, gave police a full confession after being confronted about his activities with the teen. Dobbs is pastor of Old Fashion United Baptist Church in Yorktown.

Police first learned about Dobbs and the teenager on Dec. 2, when they were contacted about a possible sexual relationship between the two.

The 15-year-old girl told police sheâ€™d been having sex with Dobbs for the last two months. During an interview, the teen said it started when Dobbs began counseling her for some problems she was having over the summer.

During those conversations, Dobbs talked about kissing her, the teen told police. After they kissed, they fondled one another and then progressed into sex acts and sexual intercourse at the church.

The teen told police she had text messages from Dobbs on her computer and that the two of them had taken nude photos and exchanged them via computer and phone.

On Thursday, Dec. 8, Yorktown police brought Dobbs in for questioning. He â€œgave a full confessionâ€ about what had taken place, according to court documents, and was arrested.

Charges against Dobbs include sexual misconduct with a minor, vicarious sexual gratification with a minor, child exploitation and child solicitation.

AG: Berks man appeared with minor in live sex video

Pennsylvania investigators allege that a Berks County man was caught on a live-sex website masturbating with a 7-year-old child sitting on his lap.

The state attorney generalâ€™s office filed sex assault charges against Ryan S. Peifer in connection with the alleged July 2015 incident. District Judge Wayne Maura arraigned the 30-year-old Tuesday night, setting bail at $50,000.

In July 2015, a resident in Arlington, Virginia, reported to the Arlington County Police Department that he had seen a man engaging in a sex act with who appeared to be a minor. The incident was seen on a live-streaming website that allows people to watch others perform live sex acts, according to court records.

The witness, who described the act to investigators, provided authorities with screen shots and the screen name of â€œTetraHC.â€ Investigators in Virginia identified the man in the video as Peifer and learned that he had access to a child. The incident was referred to the Berks County district attorneyâ€™s office, which in turn referred the case to the AGâ€™s child predator section.

Itâ€™s unclear why Peifer was arraigned in Lehigh County, but court records list an Allentown address as to where the crime was alleged to have occurred.

Investigators learned that the website strictly regulates its users. Authorities said Peifer validated his age and identity by taking a photo of himself with his driverâ€™s license on his forehead, according to records.

The investigating agent reviewed the still shots provided by the witness, verifying that it appears Peifer masturbated with the child sitting on his lap. Court records indicate Peifer and the child remained fully clothed.

Investigators arranged to interview Peifer at his motherâ€™s Reading home on Tuesday afternoon. The agent said he immediately recognized Peifer from the photos.

He initially agreed to be interviewed, acknowledging that the website account under the name â€œTetraHCâ€ was his, according to records. But Peifer asked to end the interview because he wanted to have an attorney present.

Authorities detained Peifer after he ended the interview and charged him with unlawful contact with a minor, statutory sexual assault, criminal use of a communication device, corruption of minors and disseminating images of a child sex act. He failed to post bail and was sent to Lehigh County Jail to await a preliminary hearing tentatively scheduled for Dec. 13.

According to Dr. Ed, there is. In a survey of 2,000 people in the United States and the United Kingdom, the team at Dr. Ed found that more people prefer doggy styleÂ to any other position. According to their experts, doggy style â€œallows for deeper penetration,â€ making the G-spot easier to reach. Perhaps thatâ€™s why over 35 percent of respondents tagged it as their go-to favorite. Missionary came in second, with cowgirl following close behind.

Other popular positions included holding legs up, spooning and reverse cowgirl. The 69 position also made it onto the list, a rather unsurprising finding. Research suggestsÂ oral sex is one of the most reliable means by which women can achieve orgasm.

But while both men and women agreed that doggy style was the most enjoyable way to have sex, they werenâ€™t able to see eye-to-eye in all areas. Men ranked anal sex as the ninth most pleasurable position, while it didnâ€™t even make it into the top 10 list for women. (Some research has shown that anal sex is becoming more popular among someÂ women.)

Sexual orientation didnâ€™t seem to influence the respondentsâ€™ preferences in any significant way. Straight, bisexual and gay participants all ranked doggy style as their favorite position.

Curiosity about certain sexual positions spanned the spectrum of sexual orientation. All respondents were equally curious about the tabletop position (in which one partner sits on the edge of a table while the other penetrates them while standing up). The 69 position while standing up was another popular pick on the wish list.

Apparently, most of the guys learned about these stunts online. Fifty-three percent of men surveyed said they picked up their sex moves from porn. Women, on the other hand, said they learned about their favorite sex positions from a real-life partner.

But maybe thereâ€™s something about watching all that online smut that makes one a little bit more adventurous. Over 75 percent of men said they were the ones to initiate a new position. Fifty-nine percent of women admitted that their partners were the ones wanting to mix it up.

But as they say, in life, there is no pleasure without pain. Nearly 38 percent of men said the thing that scared them most about sex was the possibility of hurting their partner â€" not exactly a huge surprise, given the number interested in anal sex. Less than 9 percent listed hurting themselves as a concern (they must have missed our article on broken penises). Women were more worried about not being able to sufficiently please their partner. Over 31 percent were worried about not being flexible enough in bed.

Birth Control Affects Your Sex Drive, According to Study

There are lots of different birth control choices, from the pill to IUDs to the implant. Some of them are hormonal, and even the kinds of hormones in each kind is different. People choose one kind over another for a ton of different reasons, and sex is often one of them. What you might not know, though, is the type of birth control you choose could affect what kind of sex you have.

According to a study published in the journal Evolution & Human Behavior, researchers found that the varying hormones in your birth control can contribute to when you want to have sex with a partner.

Hormonal birth control most often uses either estrogen, progesterone or a combination of both to prevent pregnancy. The study found people who use hormonal birth control higher in progesterone have more sex when they're in committed, loyal relationships, while people on birth control higher in estrogen are more likely to have sex when they're not so committed to their partner.

Researchers only took intercourse into account, not other sexual acts like masturbation, so the findings show that sex serves much more purpose for women than just getting pregnant. Pizzagate gunman refuses to dismiss online conspiracy theory claims about child sex ring

The man accused of firing an assault rifle inside a Washington pizza shop refused to completely dismiss the online conspiracy theory accusing the eatery of running a child sex ring that brought him there in the first place -- although he said he regretted how he handled the situation.

Edgar Maddison Welch, 28, told the New York Times in a Wednesday videoconference that the online articles he read about Comet Ping Pong pizzeria â€" which linked the supposed ring to Hillary Clinton â€" left him with the â€œimpression something nefarious was happeningâ€ and he wanted to â€œreally able to look into it.â€

Court documents showed that Welch entered the eatery and fired an AR-15 rifle several times inside the restaurant but later exited with his hands up. He surrendered to police when he found no signs of children being held as sex slaves.

"I just wanted to do some good and went about it the wrong way," he told the newspaper.

While Welch acknowledged that his â€œintelâ€ on the restaurant was not 100 percent, he refused to dismiss that what he had read online was untrue, conceding only that there were no children "inside that dwelling."Â

He also rejected the term â€œfake newsâ€ believing that it diminishes stories shared outside the mainstream media.

Welch told the newspaper he started driving to Washington from his Salisbury, N.C., home intending only to give the restaurant a "closer look." But while on the way, he said he felt his "heart breaking over the thought of innocent people suffering."

Welch would not say why he brought an AR-15 into the pizza shop and fired it, the newspaper reported.

On Thursday, a judge delayed a preliminary hearing for Welch. His public defender requested the delay, saying she needed more time to investigate the case. He will be back in court Tuesday.

Welch appears to have lived an aimless life that became turbulent in the weeks before he was drawn to the nation's capital by a fake news story.

Friends and family say he is a well-meaning father of two girls who wanted to be a firefighter. But he also unnerved some with his religious fervor and sometimes had trouble detaching himself from the internet.

In the weeks before his Washington arrest, there were other signs of turbulence. In late October, Welch struck a teenage pedestrian with his car in his hometown, requiring the boy to be airlifted to a hospital, according to a police report that said he wasn't immediately charged. More recently, days before he drove to Washington, he was dropped from the rolls of a volunteer fire department.

In past years, he was convicted of drunken driving and minor drug charges.

But the one constant, friends and family say, was his love for his two young daughters.

"He's a father and a very loving man, very concerned about children," said his aunt Tajuana Tadlock, adding: "He's not a vigilante, by no check of the words."

Tadlock said Welch's parents haven't been able to talk to him to ask what he was thinking, and the family's only information comes from the news and the public defender.

In recent years, Welch often mentioned his Christian faith. Interspersed with Facebook posts about his daughters are the registered Republican's musings on the Bible and religion.

Danielle Tillman of Raleigh said she met Welch a few months ago and has known his current girlfriend for years. She recalls Welch made her uncomfortable while talking at length about religion. At one point, he grabbed her hand and prayed, asking for "the demons to come out of me," she said.

Welch's family has roots in the Salisbury area, where his father and grandfather served in local government, according to the Salisbury Post. Friends say he attended West Rowan High School. A woman at the family's property declined to answer questions this week.

Around age 18, Welch pleaded guilty to misdemeanor drug possession charges in neighboring Cabarrus County, according to online records of the January 2007 offense.

Welch enrolled at Cape Fear Community College in Wilmington, but court records say he didn't graduate.

On a break from college in 2009, Welch was interviewed by the Salisbury Post after he made it halfway through a hike of the 500-mile Colorado Trail. He told the newspaper the hike helped him overcome an addiction to the internet.

"It's a good feeling, going solo," he told the newspaper. "There's something spiritual about it."

In April 2013, Welch was charged with impaired driving with a blood-alcohol content of .09, court records show. He pleaded guilty, was sentenced to probation and community service and underwent alcohol counseling.

Rowan County records show that after a short marriage, his wife filed for divorce in November 2014. The thin file doesn't say why they split up. The divorce complaint was dismissed in 2015 after neither attended a scheduled hearing. Documents related to his arrest say they remain separated, and his two children live with him.

Welch twice served briefly as a volunteer firefighter, and his aunt said he was recently taking classes needed to get a paying job as a firefighter.

Locke Fire Chief Rusty Alexander said Welch barely showed up at the fire station after joining in 2012, and lasted about six months.

"He tried it, and basically it wasn't for him," Alexander said.

In May 2016, Welch became a volunteer firefighter in the town of Spencer, Chief Gray Grubb said. Grubb said Welch stopped attending training sessions and didn't answer alarms, so he was removed from the active roster Nov. 30.

"When we interviewed him, he seemed like a good guy," Grubb said.
