X Factor's Matt Terry uses same sex couples for dance routine - is he up to something?

X Factor's Matt Terry made a lot of fans happy by using same sex dance couples this evening.

As he took to the stage to perform his take on Jess Glynne's Take Me Home, men were dancing with one another and so were women.

Those tuning in at home were delighted and quick to take to Twitter afterwards.

One wrote: "Love how they used same sex dancers on X factor."

Another then posted: "Same sex dancing couples. How delightful. #xfactor #mattterry.'

Moments later, a different viewer tweeted: "Big up to the same sex dance couples though #XFactor."

Shortly afterwards, another posted: "Living for these same sex dancers. #XFactor."

However, some viewers were suspicious as to why Matt decided to use same sex couples in his final perfomance.

One fan claimed: "NOPE! As if Matt just tried, so blatantly, to get the gay vote with same sex dancers! As if the gays won't all be voting for Saara #XFactor."

This year's X Factor king or queen will be crowned in tomorrow's live final.

Matt faces tough competition from Saara Alto and 5AM and one of the three remaining acts will be leaving the competition tonight.

Back in June, the Magic Mike actor joked about their time behind closed doors during a Facebook Live interview with Cosmopolitan. "I just lay there. I just lay down; sometimes I nap. Yeah, sheâ€™s really athletic. We get down!" he said at the time. "We truly have all different kinds of sex. Sometimes it's like, 'Look, you gotta get this done. I gotta go to work.' And that's a real thing. To me, that's us being completely open. â€¦ Then you have full-on, just completely totally connected otherworldly connections."

The couple, both 36, met while starring together in 2006's >Step Up. They initially decided to not jump into a romance but changed their minds when he got inebriated one night.

"It was two nights of being weird. We hadnâ€™t even kissed. And then he went out partying with a bunch of dancers," the Witches of East End actress recalled. "His room was right above mine, and he came down drunk with a sombrero on, banging on my door. He was like, 'I couldn't stop thinking about you. Let's do this. I just want to be with you.' AG: Berks man appeared with minor in live sex video

Pennsylvania investigators allege that a Berks County man was caught on a live-sex website masturbating with a 7-year-old child sitting on his lap.

The state attorney generalâ€™s office filed sex assault charges against Ryan S. Peifer in connection with the alleged July 2015 incident. District Judge Wayne Maura arraigned the 30-year-old Tuesday night, setting bail at $50,000.

In July 2015, a resident in Arlington, Virginia, reported to the Arlington County Police Department that he had seen a man engaging in a sex act with who appeared to be a minor. The incident was seen on a live-streaming website that allows people to watch others perform live sex acts, according to court records.

The witness, who described the act to investigators, provided authorities with screen shots and the screen name of â€œTetraHC.â€ Investigators in Virginia identified the man in the video as Peifer and learned that he had access to a child. The incident was referred to the Berks County district attorneyâ€™s office, which in turn referred the case to the AGâ€™s child predator section.

Itâ€™s unclear why Peifer was arraigned in Lehigh County, but court records list an Allentown address as to where the crime was alleged to have occurred.

Investigators learned that the website strictly regulates its users. Authorities said Peifer validated his age and identity by taking a photo of himself with his driverâ€™s license on his forehead, according to records.

The investigating agent reviewed the still shots provided by the witness, verifying that it appears Peifer masturbated with the child sitting on his lap. Court records indicate Peifer and the child remained fully clothed.

Investigators arranged to interview Peifer at his motherâ€™s Reading home on Tuesday afternoon. The agent said he immediately recognized Peifer from the photos.

He initially agreed to be interviewed, acknowledging that the website account under the name â€œTetraHCâ€ was his, according to records. But Peifer asked to end the interview because he wanted to have an attorney present.

Authorities detained Peifer after he ended the interview and charged him with unlawful contact with a minor, statutory sexual assault, criminal use of a communication device, corruption of minors and disseminating images of a child sex act. He failed to post bail and was sent to Lehigh County Jail to await a preliminary hearing tentatively scheduled for Dec. 13.

Three students charged with kidnapping classmate for sex

Three teens are accused of kidnapping their high school classmate from school so they could try to take turns having sex with her, according to police.

An 18-year-old girl said that a male student abducted her on Nov. 28 while walking to class in Cypress Springs, Texas, the Houston Chronicle reported.

She was dragged from the Cypress Springs High School hallway and forced into a vehicle, which was corroborated by surveillance video. Other males were already inside the vehicle, she said.

The group then drove her to a home, where they allegedly tried to get her to have sex with them. She declined their advances and left the house.

Another student told investigators that he heard the three male students discussing â€œflippingâ€ the victim, according to news station KTRK. â€œFlippingâ€ is a term for having sex with a person before giving them to another person for sex.

Cops have arrested Imanuel Rizig, 18; Justin Broadway, 18; and Ryan Jeng, 17, for the alleged incident.

Authorities charged Rizig on Tuesday, while the other two were charged last week. All three face aggravated kidnapping charges.

Broadway and Rizig are being held on $30,000 bail, whileÂ JengÂ was freed after posting bail for the same amount.

School district officials told the Houston Chronicle that they are cooperating with the investigation.

â€œWe are extremely concerned by the serious nature of the charges that lead to the arrest of three Cypress Springs High School students,â€ officials said.

Female pensioner charged over 'having sex with dog with the help of alleged paedophile'

A elderly woman has been charged after allegedly having sex with a dog with the help of another pensioner - who is also accused of creating thousands of indecent images of children.

Carol Bowditch, 64, is accused of "causing or allowing sexual penetration by a living animal" during a three-year period between October 2011 and November 2014.

Bowditch was also charged with possessing "offensive, disgusting and obscene" images of people having sex with dogs on March 21.

Daniel Galloway, 65, also of Evedon Village, near Sleaford, Lincolnshire, is accused of aiding and abetting her.

Galloway was further accused of possessing 191 extreme pornographic images showing people having sex with mutts as well as indecent images of children.

He is accused of making 12,244 category C indecent photographs of children at Green Business Park, Navenby, Lincolnshire, between December 14, 2012 and March 17 this year.

He is also charged with possessing 109 category B pictures and 80 category A images between December 14, 2012 and March 20 this year at the same address.

Galloway faces another charge of distributing 1,863 indecent images of children at his home on February 5, 2013.

He was also charged with possessing 29 prohibited images of children at the Evedon address on March 21.

Bowditch is accused of letting the dog have sex with her at a property on Monks Road in Lincoln.

The pair are set to appear at Lincoln Magistrates' Court later this month.

Cherokee Nation OKs same-sex marriage

A ban on same-sex marriage involving members of the Cherokee Nation was overturned by the tribe's attorney general in an opinion issued Friday.

King called her girlfriend, Brittany Nunley, who is Cherokee and shared the good news.

"I think its awesome," Nunley told CNN. "I have been really proud of my Cherokee heritage and to be able to get a marriage license is just awesome."

King, who said the couple met at a church softball game about four and half years ago, said she was excited to hear about the ruling.

"This is just another way we can incorporate her heritage into our lives and are thankful for opportunity," King said.

Attorney General Todd Hembree's opinion specifically says two sections of the 2004 Cherokee Nation Marriage and Family Act are unconstitutional.

He said the tribe's constitution protects certain fundamental rights, among them the right to marry.

"The constitution affords these rights to all Cherokee citizens, regardless of sexual orientation and the Cherokee Nation, or any subdivision, must recognize validly issued civil unions, same-sex marriages, and same-sex domestic partnerships from other jurisdictions," the opinion says.

The US Supreme Court ruled by a 5-4 vote in June 2015 that states cannot ban same-sex marriage.

Nunley said after it became legal in Oklahoma in 2014 and then nationwide through the landmark Supreme Court decision, she wondered whether the Cherokee Nation would also reverse itself.

"I was really excited and really proud to be a Cherokee. Like my nation is doing something for all its people," she said from her home in Locust Grove, about 20 minutes from the tribe's headquarters in Tahlequah.

Marriage is definitely in their future, King said. It's been discussed in the past but they wanted to wait for it to be legal.

"It's probably not too far off now," she said.

Nunley said she's just waiting for someone to pop the question.

The man who was chief in 2004 told the Tulsa World newspaper that he supported Hembree's opinion.

"It was adhering to past Cherokee law," Chad Smith said, explaining why he signed the law 12 years ago. "But our constitution incorporates the provisions of the US Constitution, and the Supreme Court (of the United States) has since made its ruling."

A member of the tribal council disagreed with the decision and told the newspaper that he expected the council would still support the 2004 law.

"We'll have to get together and talk about it," Don Garvin told the newspaper.

The Cherokee Nation website says that with more than 317,000 citizens, it is the largest sovereign tribal nation in the United States.

Uber to riders: No sex, and leave your guns at home

The inside of an Uber vehicle, that â€third placeâ€ that so many of us often find ourselves these days, should also be a safe place, a clean place, a happy place.

Or so says Uber, which this weekÂ issued a set of â€œUber Community Guidelinesâ€ Â to keep both riders and drivers on their best behavior.

As the San Francisco-based ride-sharing giant puts it in its press release, â€œWe want Uber to be enjoyable and safe for everyone. These ground rules are designed to ensure that riders and drivers have a five star ride when using Uber.â€

Letâ€™s have a look, shall we?

For starters, Uber wants us all to know that sex during a ride is a big no-no. Even flirting is prohibited between the rider and their driver or fellow passengers. (So, yes, group sex is out.) And donâ€™t even think about calling your driver after the ride on their personal cell number and trying to set up a date. In its guidelines, Uber stresses that it has a â€no sex ruleâ€ and, just to make sure all you sex-in-public aficionados get the memo, it repeats â€œno sexâ€ over and over like some Victorian Age mantra.

And Â while youâ€™re sitting in the back seat not having sex with anyone else in the car, you should also not vomit.

To be specific, Uberâ€™s guidelines ban â€œvomiting due to excessive alcohol consumption,â€ so you could read that to mean that a flu-induced mishap wouldnâ€™t necessarily get you banned forever from an Uber vehicle. But do try and avoid it anyway.

â€œMost riders show drivers the respect they deserve,â€ the company said. â€œBut some donâ€™t â€" whether itâ€™s leaving trash in the car, throwing up in the back seat after too much alcohol or asking a driver to break the speed limit so they can get to their appointment on time. This kind of poor behavior is not OK.â€

In the interest of time, weâ€™ve condensed for you some of the other things Uber would like you not to do while in their care:

â€¢ Donâ€™t touch other passengers.

â€¢ Donâ€™t touch the driver.

â€¢ Donâ€™t keep the driver waiting.

â€¢ Donâ€™t swear.

â€¢ Donâ€™t slam the car door.

â€¢ Donâ€™t spill your Starbucks Grande, Iced, Sugar-Free, Vanilla Latte with Soy Milk and then not clean it up.

â€¢ Donâ€™t look at people suspiciously if theyâ€™re not like you.

â€¢ Donâ€™t comment on other ridersâ€™ appearances.

â€¢ Donâ€™t ask your fellow rider if he/she is single.

â€¢ Donâ€™t raise your voice.

â€¢ And last but not least, donâ€™t bring your firearm with you on an Uber ride.

Outside of that, have a nice ride.

She admitted sex charges after the boy said she slept with him in a Â£40 motel room on her fiancÃ©â€™s stag night â€" and asked him if she should go ahead with the wedding, which was in August 2015.

He addedÂ DomresÂ took his virginity when he was 16 and had sex with him about 15 times Â â€" even sending him selfiesÂ on her honeymoon.

According to court documents, the affair started in March, 2015, whenÂ DomresÂ texted the teen â€" who was her pupil atÂ New Berlin West High School in Wisconsin, USA.

Passionate messages led to meeting up and eventually sex.

But their 10-month affair ended when her high school sweetheart husband caught them having sex in a restaurant car park, leading to a â€œverbal confrontationâ€ â€" before he vowed to stand by his new wife.

Police also recovered almost 1,200 texts exchanged byÂ DomresÂ and the pupil.

In one message, the English tutorÂ wrote: â€œHopefully youâ€™ve been thinking of me Baby Boo. I should go because he will be home soon. I love you. Be good, think of me and no one else! Ha ha.â€

Meanwhile, another text sent just before the motel tryst said: â€œYouâ€™re extremely attractive to me!!! I canâ€™t wait for our night we are doing it no matter what!!!â€

The pair also swapped handwritten love notes, including one saying: â€œPlease be mine forever & ever. Always, your baby girl. P.S. Good luck on your quiz.â€

Domres, who married her school sweetheart in August 2015, was sacked last January after one of the boyâ€™s pals reported their relationship to police.

Waukesha County Circuit Judge Lee Dreyfus said her crimes went â€œwell beyond a mistake in judgementâ€ or a single moment of weakness.

He said: â€œIt was to meet your needs, and not those of a child.â€

Domres pleaded guilty in August to two counts of sexually assaulting a student and will be on three years probation and a supervision order when she leaves prison.

She is alsoÂ banned from having contact with the pupil and his family, and must register as a sex offender.
